The Right to be Embodied – the Process and Practice of Biopsychosynthesis

Vi inbjuder dig som avslutat påbyggnadsutbildningen till psykosyntesterapeut från PsykosyntesAkademin i Stockholm eller PsykosyntesInstitutet i Göteborg att delta i en fortbildningskurs för Massimo Rosselli under tre dagar i juni. Kursen kommer att gå av stapeln på Hotel Mullsjö, som ligger i en naturskön omgivning i Småland.

Massimo studerade för psykosyntesens grundare, Assagioli, i åtta år, och har jobbat som psykosyntesterapeut sedan 1972. Massimo är både legitimerad psykiatriker och psykoterapeut certifierad av UKCP, United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. Hans specialområde är psykosomatik och han är ledamot av styrelsen för Institutet för psykosomatisk utbildning i Florens. Han är lärare vid terapeututbildningen vid Psykosyntesinstitutet i Florens och undervisar i psykosyntes inte bara i Sverige, utan även i Österrike, Belgien, Holland, Schweiz och Storbritannien.

“Psychosynthesis ought to be called Biopsychosynthesis, thereby including the body in a complete synthesis of the human personality” (Assagioli, 1966).

This meaningful name given by the founder of psychosynthesis could be considered as the term of an obvious inclusion in the holistic model of theory, or as a connection to the body and an addition to other main vehicles of expression, in favour of awareness and integration.

Furthermore, in this workshop biopsychosynthesis will be presented in a more advanced perspective as a direct body-mediated method and main technical approach. “What” and “how” to be, and “what” and “how” to do – on, with, and through the body - will be discussed, and an up-date of the basics of assessment and therapeutic intervention will be offered, for both the purpose of self development as well as therapy with clients.
Through the practice of biopsychosynthesis the longing for embodiment will guide participants into a truthful contact with themselves.
