Helen offers a flexible, integrative approach and a wide portfolio of skills. She is committed to providing high quality training, supervision, coaching and mentoring. In the 80s she trained in Psychosynthesis and has worked in the field for over 20 years in the UK and Europe, having designed and facilitated over 200 professional training workshops, including courses in psychosynthesis, coaching, relational skills as well as personal and professional development programmes. Helen delights in liberating talent and cultivating each individual’s unique potential.

She is a UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) registered psychotherapist, a member of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

She also has an EAS accredited diploma in Executive, Business and Personal Coaching. She has served on the board of Trustees at the Psychosynthesis & Education Trust for seven years and is Ethical Ombudsman for Gaia House Retreat Centre.

She has an MSc in Responsibility in Business Practice from the University of Bath School of Management (This course has recently moved to Ashridge Business School and is now called MSC in Sustainability and Responsibility).

Helen also has a first class degree in Comparative Religion from the University of Manchester.
